Aline is a Houston-based yoga teacher, sound healer, and facilitator of Women’s Circles with over a decade of experience in the wellness space.

Her journey began in 2010 after attending a yoga class while visiting Austin, Texas—an experience that proved to be deeply transformative, both physically and mentally. At a time when she was navigating the demands of motherhood and marriage while feeling disconnected, yoga became a powerful tool for grounding and self-discovery. Inspired by its impact, she completed her first yoga teacher training in 2011.

Since then, Aline has taught over 10,000 hours of yoga across multiple disciplines, including yin yoga, yoga nidra (iRest), stand-up paddleboard yoga, and vinyasa flow. She currently teaches at several private country clubs in Houston.

Expanding her practice, Aline became certified in sound bath facilitation. She incorporates a 32” Saturn gong, crystal quartz singing bowls, and water-based instruments to create immersive, restorative experiences designed to promote energetic balance and deep relaxation.

She also facilitates monthly Women’s Circles in Houston in partnership with the Innate Wisdom Circle Project based in Sedona, Arizona. These circles provide a supportive environment for women to share their stories, foster connection, and navigate healing collectively.

Aline is a 500-hour E-RYT yoga teacher, Reiki Master, sound bath practitioner, and dedicated student of functional yoga anatomy.

In addition to her professional work, Aline is a wife and mother of three. Her firstborn, who has multiple disabilities including cerebral palsy, has profoundly shaped her family’s perspective and deepened their understanding of resilience and compassion. Her daughter is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, and her youngest son is currently studying Communications at the University of North Texas.
